Lee has over 35 years of entrepreneurial experience in various investment and advisory positions within the asset management startup communities 

Founded HFS which offered consulting and startup services to over 1,700 investment entities and incubated over 200 asset managers

Lee founded Uplifters Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit which assists in disaster recovery by rebuilding attainable homes in disaster zones

Steven Dietz is an experienced investment banker and venture capitalist who has raised more than $8 billion of capital across his career. 

Companies he has invested in collectively employ over 30,000 people in Los Angeles County and approximately 560,000 nationwide.

Steven is also the founder of United Dwelling, an early pioneer in ADUs, and previously helped build one of Los Angeles’s largest homebuilders.

Schuyler was on the founding team of housing startup United Dwelling focusing on acquisitions and entitlements of small-scale multifamily developments

Developed LA’s first bungalow courts in 70+ years

Winner of LA County’s $1,000,000 Housing Innovation Challenge in 2019 for pioneering the concept of the garage conversion ADU

Nick has built and repositioned 194 units since 2016, managing the process from acquisition to sale focusing on luxury single family homes and boutique architectural multifamily

His expertise in project management and value engineering allows Uplifters projects to achieve a high end finish without compromising on budget
