Uplifters is an innovative Los Angeles–based real estate development and design-build platform focused on two housing typologies: custom single-family homes in LA's most desirable communities and infill multifamily buildings in LA's most walkable neighborhoods.
Powered by a proprietary acquisitions engine and a first-to-market entitlements strategy, we source high-quality opportunities and use the latest pro-housing legislation to unlock value and density on urban lots.
On the multifamily side, we develop market-rate boutique apartment buildings—typically 10 to 50 units—in LA’s most desirable, walkable neighborhoods, serving young professionals who desire new construction living. Across both product types, our disciplined, repeatable process delivers high-design outcomes with predictable execution.
We design people-first multifamily housing in locations that allow for convenient access to employers, everyday amenities, and lifestyle attractions. Developing in LA’s infill communities are often limited by a site’s physical constraints and its underlying zoning. We believe a significant opportunity lies in often overlooked sites that, when paired with our platform, can offer a superior living experience and enhanced return for investors.
The Uplifters team has played a pivotal role in shaping housing policy, contributing to the creation of 17 state and local laws, statutes, and implementations over the past three years in Los Angeles.
