About Uplifters

Uplifters is an innovative Los Angeles based real estate development company pairing a proprietary acquisitions platform with a first-to-market multifamily entitlements strategy. Our tech-driven approach provides qualified deal flow and leverages the newest pro-housing legislation to achieve unprecedented density on infill lots.

We focus on developing market rate boutique apartment buildings between ten and fifty units that cater to an audience of young professionals searching for new construction living in LA's most desirable and walkable neighborhoods.
